Seating on coach

Motorcoach seating may not be reserved for any reason, with the exception of the seat directly behind the driver, which will be occupied by the tour director. In fairness to all, there will be a regulation rotation of seats as directed by the tour director. A rotation system is used whereby passengers will change seats twice a day so that all will enjoy a variety of views. This rule will definitely apply to all. Regular stops will be made approximately every 3 hours for coffee or lunch.

Medical & Cancellation Insurance

To avoid loss of deposits and payments, we strongly recommend that you purchase Medical and Cancellation Insurance in order to protect yourself against cancellation charges due to sickness or death in the immediate family before OR during your tour.

In the event that you must return home during the tour, all transportation costs will be the passenger’s responsibility and complete details of coverage and exclusions are available from your agent.

If you don't have cancellation & medical Insurance, you don't get your money back. No exceptions will be made to these cancellation rules.
